Louie's Brother Peter (LBP) tells the story of Peter, an early 20's Bay Ridge Brooklyn born and raised kid with slight Autism runs drugs for his brother Louie. All of his known allegiances are challenged when he meets Abby; a Brooklyn transplant unlike Peter's ever met before.
